Hatha Yoga

Monday  - 8.30-10.30am and 9.45am to 10.45am
Wednesday -  8.30-10.30am and 9.45am to 10.45am

What better way to start the week, than by rejuvenating the body.
This class will focus on increasing flexibility and strengthening the body and mind. The class will begin with a gentle warm-up to awaken the body and bring awareness. Then we will focus on performing several asanas (postures) with mindfulness, focusing on breath and alignment. The class will conclude with final relaxation to prepare the mind and body for the day ahead.
All levels welcome. Mats provided + changing rooms and showers.

Lunch Time Reset Yoga

Mondays - 12.10pm to 12.50pm
Wednesdays - 12.10pm to 12.50pm

During this 40 minute flow, we will explore opening the heart centre. Focusing on backbends and strengthening the core, we will open up the body and mind.
This practice will focus on strength and flexibility and leave you feeling refreshed.
All levels welcome. Mats provided + changing rooms and shows.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Thursday - 19.30pm to 20.30pm

This class has been designed to strengthen and tone the body, whilst increasing flexibility.
As we flow, linking breath and movement, we will increase our endurance and mental focus.
Through the practice of Vinyasa yoga, both stamina and strength are amplified. By linking movement with breath, we allow our mind and body to become more in tune with one another. This aids our contribution and awareness.
This practice can be demanding and will increase blood flow and enhance the respiratory system. The class has been designed for all levels and will include variations of postures to suit all levels.

Yin Yoga

Friday - 18.00pm to 19.00pm

As the week draws to an end, we utilise the practice of Yin yoga to relax the whole body and rejuvenate our mind.
Yin yoga focuses on holding several positions for a few minutes. This increases flexibility and induces relaxation. We draw attention to each body part through focusing on the breath and deep stretches.
This practice is suitable for complete beginners to advanced students of yoga. You will learn about alignment and how to relax into each posture.
Mats provided + changing rooms and showers.

Meet Sebastian

Sebastian has been trained in the Sivananda school of yoga, Kerala, India. He is a certified 200hr yoga teacher specialising in Hatha yoga. Since embarking on his journey of yoga, he has found peace, joy and happiness and strives to share this with anyone who is willing to learn.
