Slow Flow Yoga - Monday 9.30-10.30am

In this gentle flow yoga class you will be taken through a series of postures which are designed to stretch and strengthen the body. This slower pace will allow you to become aware of your breath and how your breath and body can move as one. These classes are aimed at both beginners and the more advance practitioners and the slower pace does not take away from building the strength and flexibility within. Time is on our side, so it is a great way to learn the poses and how to flow between as well as slowing the mind right down. Ending in a full body relaxation, you will leave feeling nourished and calm.

Power Flow Yoga - Tuesdays 6.45-7.45pm

Jade specialises in a challenging dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class which aims to work both body and mind simultaneously. She works to create a playful flow where students are encouraged to enjoy their practice whilst being guided through physical asanas and breath work. This practise offers a full body workout where you will have the opportunity to build up your endurance, strength and flexibility simultaneously. Offering hands-on assists, Jade strives to serve her students and intends to tune in to what’s best for each individual. Remember, classes are open to all, so modifications will be given to simplify for beginners or amplify the postures for those advanced yogis. You will leave this class feeling stronger and more balanced in both body and mind.
